We’re so grateful for the time and resources our volunteers contribute to making our PTA programs possible. If you’ve purchased approved, budgeted items on behalf of the PTA, you can request reimbursement quickly and easily.
How to Request Reimbursement
Download the reimbursement form - It’s an excel spreadsheet that you can fill out. Download Reimbursement Form
Fill out the form - Enter your information, the details of your expense, and the total amount you are requesting.
Attach receipts - All requests must include a scanned copy (or clear photo) of your receipt(s).
Submit your request - Email your completed form and receipts to treasurer@sacpta.org.
Important Notes
Please submit requests within 30 days of the purchase.
Reimbursements are only available for pre-approved, budgeted expenses.
