Join us! The PTA, several parents and teachers are working with the district to consider improvements to the asphalt and upper playground as well as ADA accessibility
There are several opportunities in OCTOBER to engage the SPS school board in advance of the final vote.
Share your story with the School Board via email.
Testify in-person at a board meeting.
Provide photos and first-hand accounts that help us make the case for asphalt & ADA access.
Also, if you are at one of the upcoming opportunities to engage with our new Superintendent on the BEX levy, try this approach:
Introduce yourself as a Sac parent.
Remind her our reps spoke Oct 3 and asked for ADA ramps and a new playground
Thank her for her leadership on this issue.
Let's keep the momentum for these critical school improvements!
For more information about opportunities for involvement, please contact Dana Robinson Slote (PTA Legislative/Advocacy Chair): drslote@gmail.com.
